Harper's Bazaar Partners with Jeffrey Fashion Cares VIP Event

Harper's Bazaar and Jeffrey Fashion Cares
held an exclusive VIP event on February 6th to show appreciation for fashion industry support of anti-AIDS
organizations and to set the stage for the Annual Jeffrey Fashion Cares gala on March 26, 2012.
The VIP event was hosted by Harper's Bazaar Editor-in-Chief, Glenda Bailey, and
Jeffrey Kalinsky, President/CEO of Jeffrey New York/Atlanta and EVP of Design and Merchandising
for Nordstrom. Also in attendance were Jeffrey Fashion Cares Co-Chairs Todd Sears
and Dan Rothman; fashion designers Peter Som and Rachel Roy;
and Real Housewives of NYC personality, Sonja Tremont-Morgan.

Since 1992, Jeffrey Fashion Cares has worked to draw attention to the plight of people living with HIV/AIDS
and to provide support for members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) community. The group has raised
more than $11 million for vital charities and non-profit organizations. The March 26, 2012 event will take place at the
Intrepid Aircraft Carrier (Pier 86: 12th Avenue at West 46th Street) and will feature a cocktail reception, silent and live auctions,
and a runway show. Beneficiaries are
Lambda Legal,
the Hetrick-Martin Institute,
AIDS Community Research Initiative of America (ACRIA),
and Point Foundation,
charities which provide much
needed support and services to the LGBT community.
